The UNITE Team is something deeply personal to me as a Chaplain, born from my heart and experiences engaging with countless individuals across New Orleans and beyond. I’ve witnessed firsthand the explosive impact it has had on people’s lives, particularly in our communities as part-time citizen-soldiers who bring diverse backgrounds and expertise to the table.

I partner with Phil Nicaud as co-host of the monthly Virtual Leadership Network, an invite-only monthly gathering for leaders, while ensuring that the UNITE Team serves all military personnel through impactful leadership workshops.
