Monthly Forum

The Real Life Leadership Forum is a 12-month journey for leaders who aren’t chasing titles — they’re pursuing inspiration, work life passion, and real-life impact. This is a space for high-capacity, faith-driven leaders who want more for people than from people, and who believe leadership must work at the dinner table before it works anywhere else.

We meet on the second Thursday of each month to learn, listen, and grow together. Each gathering features conversations with the most trusted voices in leadership, purpose, and legacy — not to impress us, but to equip us to live what actually matters. These aren’t lectures. They’re real-life dialogues where honesty is valued, questions are welcomed, and wisdom is immediately usable.

Over time, something powerful happens:
relationships turn into catalysts, inspiration becomes discipline, and leaders begin to live with the kind of congruence that transforms families, teams, and communities.

This isn’t a program.
It’s a place to breathe again, to think clearly, and to show up inspired in every area of life.

Because when you invest in your own inspiration — your people feel it.
And when leaders live inspired lives, others follow naturally.

God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.
