ABOUT

EVERY LEADER NEEDS A FRIEND.

I’m Joey Stutson

My Story

A quick internet search of my name will reveal my story on the news, including burning out in a combat zone during my first year of college after walking on to a Division I National Championship football team after returning home. I have the privilege of sharing lessons from my life and highly inspirational people because I suffered from burnout and “boreout” most of my career.

Moreover, in 2020, I was inducted into a museum honoring military student-athletes. I experienced influence at a very young age, as I was featured in newspapers like the USA Today and learned who my father was through an ancestry D.N.A. test at thirty six years old only to learn my cousin and family was in my life the entire time of my life long search.

As a leadership development facilitator and public speaker, I’ve had the privilege of working with executives, military officers, and speaking to college athletes. I’ve seen firsthand how the most successful and fulfilled leaders are those who live in active congruence with their values.

What’s the real problem?

In today’s culture, leadership success is often equated with happiness, fulfillment, and success. The relentless pursuit of influence, wealth, and status is portrayed as the pinnacle of achievement, a goal that will supposedly bring us lasting satisfaction. Yet, this chase for success often leaves people feeling empty, disconnected, and discontent.

I understand how expensive consultants are who can show up without tailoring or customizing to your audience.

I have experience working with best-in-class faculty at Blanchard and facilitating leadership content with some of the world’s most respected leaders and facilitators.

Why I’m Obsessed?

It’s easy to focus on your platform or business life; we are all about Real-Life inspiration so we match inspiration to your business by partnering with experts to meet the most needs.

We match talent to your leadership tasks and events and help represent what is best for your business, not a consultant’s business.

Leadership is Inspiration-not just influence

__________________________________________________________________________

Leadership influence and ability often impact a person’s level of success. However, before influence or success is even possible, there has to be a beginning in a person’s life. All leaders must start without position, title, production, promotion, and influence. Before influence or external success, there must be inspiration. Without inspiration to influence or create, there would be nothing worth pursuing.

Real-life Leadership is inspirational and more impactful than external influence. Inspiration is the personal influence that determines a person’s level of impact in life. The lower an individual’s ability to inspire, the lower the effect on his impact and health on his influence in the long term. You can be an influential speaker, attract a large following, and lose your soul or ability to enjoy your life or success.

Follow Me as I release my upcoming book, Real-Life Inspiration to help inspire leaders who are tired of success or burnout without inspiration, meaning, satisfaction and enjoyment.

My story can be watched on Fox News 8, “The Ties that Bind Us.”
